International programme accreditation

In accordance with the criteria of the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) Accreditation Recognition Programme for Accreditation of Educational Programmes and Organisations (AAEPO), the Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programmes and Organisations (AAEPO) has been granted recognition status until 31 March 2032.

The WFME recognition status confirms that the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) is satisfied with the accreditation process, post-accreditation monitoring and AAEPO's decision-making process for educational organisations and basic medical education programmes.

The status of a WFME-recognised agency provides an understanding that the quality of medical education at its accredited institutions meets appropriate and rigorous standards.
